My work is the result of a personal and professional journey to discovering and realizing my own passion and purpose.In private practice as a licensed and certified advanced practice registered nurse since 1990, I have had the good fortune of participating in an amazing and revolutionary approach to healing.  Recent discoveries in quantum physics have given us the means to generate such profound shifts in consciousness that we can now move beyond seemingly fixed boundaries to a whole new world of possibilities.

More than anything else, our beliefs determine our physical, mental and spiritual condition.  With that understanding, we can heal ourselves more rapidly and effectively than we ever have in the past.

I have been most privileged to be on the cutting edge of research and practice in the field of integrative medicine and have witnessed profound changes in my clients as we tapped into and released their subconscious limiting beliefs.

During the course of my career I have served as the president of Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses of Maryland and was also the American Psychiatric Nurses Association state representative to the Congress on Advanced Practice in Psychiatric Nursing.

I am also a researcher for the Soul Medicine Institute’s Iraq Vets Stress Project  led by Dawson Church, PhD.  This research project is testing the effectiveness of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT™) to reduce combat related stress in veterans.  The results have shown statistically significant decreases in symptoms associated with combat related trauma, and I have presented these findings at a number of congressional meetings and in discussions with military personnel.

In June, 2009 I was honored to present at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine where I spoke to Chinese medical students about the power of energy medicine to effectively engage the body’s innate ability to heal.  In 2005, I presented along with an outstanding group of speakers for the Living Mastery Seminars that included Bruce Lipton, PhD, renowned cellular biologist and author of The Biology of Belief.   I also have the privilege to be an invited speaker at the University of Maryland’s School of Medicine’s Center for Integrative Medicine.

The philosophy behind my work is that though clients may feel broken, none of us are broken.  We all have unrealized potential that wants to be expressed. Using the tools and techniques I provide, clients discover that they have the ability to attain the health and well-being they desire.

As subconscious limiting beliefs are released, mental and emotional energy is restored, strengthening the body’s own natural capacity for healing.  New insights and perspectives arise easily as the mind clears and tension decreases.

In addition to being a licensed and certified advanced practice nurse, I am also an EFT Expert and EFT Universe certified trainer.

I have felt truly blessed with the growth and expansion of my work, and now as a licensee of Secrets of Successful High Earners developed by award winning author and entrepreneur Barbara Stanny, I am excited about offering this powerful and life changing seminar to all who want to experience abundance and joy in their lives.
